Financial Freedom Fridays: Time invested in your Job vs Time invested to Financial Freedom

Most people in our generation have grown accustomed to the generic idea of go to school, earn a degree and acquire a good job. Nowadays, we notice that is not that simple. Most of us who have earned degrees find out it is not the only thing needed as there are multiples of multiples of people with the same or very similar qualifications applying for the same position. Well, you could keep trying to attain a good job with an outstanding number of applicants or find yourself working a mediocre job to make some income. Sure, you might feel as though you are being productive compared to sitting at home and figuring out creative solutions to make income which in the beginning stages of a business, generating wealth starts slow. Now, you might have or might not have heard this quote from Robert Kiyosaki, but it is very powerful, “Change your focus, from making money to serving more people. Serving more people makes the money come in.” “Creating money” is something that Kiyosaki loves to talk about. We stand with Kiyosaki and believe that we should create OPPORTUNITIES and therefore “pipelines of cash” instead of taking another job, which that would equal living paycheck to paycheck. If you have a job at the moment, find some time to invest in your business (yourself) and try to figure out how one or more of your skills could be used to create services for more people. Creating a well-thought-out service that others need and would benefit from will result in more wealth for yourself than working a job and working for someone else.

Don’t sell yourself short as we are all talented and have many skills applicable to a new service. When committing to this new adventure you will need the courage to step over fear and not let it get in the way of your goal. A GOAL will be the key ingredient to your business, you need to find your objectives and find out how you will get there. A strategic business plan is essential and investing time to create the “how” in your plan will expose where you will need resilient focus. Don’t fear anything, especially not FAILURE as it is almost impossible to avoid disappointment, but your perseverance towards your goal no matter what will bring you towards the success you search. This success will be worth more than any job will ever bring you. Continue towards your goal whether it is difficult or full of obstacles because in the end you will find yourself SUCCESSFUL at the top.

All the best,
